About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Professional who loves people, brands, ideas and the thrill of making things happen.

You’ll be part of a fast-growing events and experiential marketing team, working on opportunities across corporates, MNCs, government organisations and leading consumer brands.

This isn’t a traditional desk sales role. You’ll be involved in discovering opportunities, building relationships, pitching ideas, closing business and being part of some exciting projects from concept to execution.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, government, MNC and brand accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, marketing teams and potential clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, research, outreach and industry connections.
- Understand client requirements and work with the creative/event team to develop compelling proposals.
- Pitch event concepts, brand activations, experiential campaigns and marketing solutions.
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation pitching negotiation closure.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work towards revenue targets.
- Attend client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term client partnerships.

Who We’re Looking For

- 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, events, advertising, media or experiential marketing.
- Excellent communication,



presentation and negotiation skills.
- Someone who is confident meeting and speaking with senior professionals.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- A go-getter attitude with a genuine hunger to close deals.
- Ability to understand a brief and translate it into a business prospect.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience with corporate, government or brand clients will be an advantage.

Compensation

2.5 Lakhs – 6 Lakhs per annum + Performance Incentives
