Role & Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle, from understanding job requisitions and candidate sourcing to final offer release and candidate onboarding.
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Leverage job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), social media, professional networks, cold calling, and employee referrals to source passive and active candidates.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone/video screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication, culture fit, salary expectations, and notice periods.
- Client Handling & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients or hiring managers; understand hiring requirements, conduct intake meetings, provide candidate status updates, and manage SLA timelines.
- Interview Scheduling & Coordination: Organize and schedule interview rounds between hiring teams and shortlisted candidates, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and feedback collection.
- Offer Management & Salary Negotiation: Drive offer discussions,



negotiate compensation packages aligned with market standards and client budgets, and secure candidate buy-in.
- Closure & Engagement: Maintain active engagement with candidates post-offer to ensure smooth resignation processes, address counter-offers, and minimize drop-offs through joining day.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 36 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency, corporate recruitment, or RPO background preferred).
- Core Expertise: Proven track record in candidate sourcing, candidate assessment, client communication, and offer negotiation.
- Portal Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with major recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS platforms).
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with robust negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations, build trust, and resolve recruitment bottlenecks proactively.
