We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Officer - HSE to ensure a safe, compliant and environmentally responsible workplace across construction sites and project locations.

The role will be responsible for implementing HSE policies, conducting inspections and audits, identifying risks, driving corrective actions and building a strong safety culture across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and standards across project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Monitor compliance with applicable HSE laws, statutory requirements and organisational standards.
- Identify hazards and recommend appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
- Ensure implementation of Permit-to-Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Method Statements and Safe Work Practices.
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and prepare detailed reports with corrective/preventive actions.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks, safety training and awareness programs for employees, contractors and site personnel.
- Monitor contractor HSE performance and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Ensure appropriate use of PPE and adherence to protected working practices.
- Support emergency preparedness, mock drills, fire safety and evacuation procedures.
- Maintain HSE documentation, inspection reports, incident records and compliance trackers.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders on HSE matters.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the organisation's overall safety culture.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety / Safety Engineering / Environmental Science or relevant discipline.
- 58 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, construction, infrastructure or large project environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety practices, HSE systems and statutory compliance.
