A reputed Restaurant in Maldives is urgently hiring an experienced Multi Cuisine Chef for immediate placement.

This is an excellent overseas opportunity for skilled chefs with expertise in preparing a variety of international cuisines in a professional restaurant environment.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian, Chinese, Continental, Arabic, and other international cuisine dishes.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Plan and organize daily kitchen operations and menu preparation.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory, stock rotation, and minimize food wastage.




- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely food service.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Multi Cuisine Chef.
- Strong knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Continental, and other international cuisines.
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, or resorts is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
