* Grade Asst Manager

* Redress customer needs pertaining to cash, DDs, cheque deposits and general information

* Ensure speed and accuracy of transactions

* Provide quality customer experience to ensure retention and positive word-of-mouth

* Handle cash transactions with customers

* Support Branch Operations Manager as backup

* Provide services related to payments, cheque clearing, DD issuing & printing

* Ensure KYC / AML adherence

* Handle CTR / STR reporting

* Manage ATM operations

* Provide Trade Forex services

* Handle trade forex documentation for import/export transactions

* Customer-oriented approach

* Fresh Graduates and Post Graduates (2022–2025 passouts)

* Valuable communication skills

* Basic understanding of banking processes

* Well-versed with MS Office
