Good Knolwdge in Hydraulic circuits,Mechanical drawing,Material selection.

1. Ensure all machines are properly grounded/earthed to prevent ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) damage to the circuit boards being manufactured.
2. Execute Daily /monthly PM for SMT equipment.Solder Paste Printer,Pick & Place Machines,Reflow Oven
3. Conveyor systems,Loader / UnloaderInspect and maintain mechanical components Feeders, belts, bearings, shafts, cylinders,Linear guides, ball screws, clamps Nozzles, vacuum systems.
4. Ensure PM checklists are completed and documented
5. Attend machine breakdowns and minimize downtime.Troubleshoot and rectify: Feeder jamming,Conveyor alignment issues,Nozzle pick/drop problems,Camera / mechanical alignment issues,Coordinate with electrical / controls engineers when required.
6. Monitor critical mechanical spare parts consumption.
7. Support spare identification, replacement planning, and inventory control.
8. Use proper maintenance tools and measuring instruments safely.
9. System work (PPT,Excel). Responsible/Support for New machine comissioning, Trial, Recent machine spare parts planning and Maintenance prevention
