About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter who has hands-on experience in IT hiring as well as contractual/contract-to-hire recruitment. The candidate should be comfortable with bulk sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and closing candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage contractual hiring, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and temporary staffing requirements.
- Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable IT candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate technical and HR interviews with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle salary negotiation and offer discussions.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and meet recruitment targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates for current and future requirements.




- Coordinate with hiring managers/clients regarding candidate status and feedback.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth joining/onboarding of selected candidates.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in Contractual Hiring / C2H Hiring is mandatory or highly preferred.
- Good understanding of IT profiles and technologies such as:

- Java / .NET
- Python
- Full Stack Development
- DevOps
- Cloud
- SQL
- Testing / QA
- Data Analytics
- SAP / Salesforce

- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Good knowledge of Boolean Search and keyword-based resume searching.
- Experience working with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Good follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently working as IT Recruiters / Technical Recruiters.
- Experience in contract staffing, contractual recruitment, C2H, or payroll hiring.
- Experience handling multiple IT requirements simultaneously.
- Candidates who can independently manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing screening interview selection offer joining.

Salary

20,000 – 25,000 per month, depending on experience, recruitment skills, and contractual hiring exposure.
