Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager for OFS business.

Location: (Central India/Nagpur/ Raipur Nearby)

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve order booking, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Drive sales of centrifugal compressors, oil-free screw compressors, lubricated screw compressors, and associated solutions .
- Develop and manage relationships with key customers, consultants, EPCs, and channel partners.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across target industries.
- Prepare and negotiate techno-commercial proposals and contracts.
- Maintain a healthy prospect pipeline and accurate forecasts in Salesforce/CRM.
- Coordinate with application engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure successful order execution.
- Promote aftermarket offerings including service agreements, spare parts, audits, upgrades, and energy efficiency solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Support collections and ensure healthy receivables management.

Qualification





- Qualification- BE/B.Tech(Mechanical)/MBA will be an advantage
- Experience in industrial equipment sales, preferably centrifugal compressors, oil-free compressors, lubricated screw compressors, or related capital equipment .
- Experience: 8-10 year
