Hiring for Electrical and Maintenance Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

- Handle electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant machinery and equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot motors, control panels, MCC/PCC, VFD, PLC, sensors, transformers, DG sets, and electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
- Diagnose electrical faults and ensure timely corrective action.
- Support installation, commissioning, modification, and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, breakdown reports, and spare-parts requirements.
- Follow electrical safety, PPE, 5S, TPM, and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with production, mechanical, and external service teams for smooth plant operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance, electrical troubleshooting,



and preventive maintenance.
- Experience with motors, VFD, PLC, MCC/PCC panels, control circuits, sensors, transformers, and industrial equipment preferred.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may be considered, depending on the position.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/industrial plant and shifts, if required.
- Valuable communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
