Job Overview: As an Architect at DBOT Realty Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for controlling projects from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and functional designs. You will collaborate with clients, prepare feasibility reports and design proposals, develop creative ideas considering client needs and environmental impact, and produce detailed blueprints while adhering to budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities:

1. Take the project "brief" and identify clients' needs; prepare feasibility reports and design proposals.

2. Develop creative ideas considering client needs, building usage, and environmental impact.

3. Produce detailed blueprints, making necessary corrections, and compiling project specifications.

4. Manage projects within budgetary constraints and timelines.

5. Ensure all works comply with specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.

Conduct on-site visits to monitor project status and provide regular reports.

7. Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals throughout the project lifecycle.

8. Stay updated on architectural trends and advancements.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Proven working experience of min. 5-7 years as an Architect.

2. Strong portfolio showcasing artistic skills and successful project outcomes.

3. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

4. Knowledge of High-Rise buildings & MIVAN shuttering

5. Knowledge of DC regulations

6. Excellent drawing skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Autocad, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).

7. Solid imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.

8. Visual awareness and meticulous attention to detail.

9. Effective communication and project management skills.

10. Min. B. Arch. degree in Architecture.
