Job Description

An unlisted public limited company in the manufacturing/metallurgy space is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization through its next phase of growth, operational excellence, and expansion.

The CEO will have end-to-end accountability for P&L;, manufacturing operations, sales & business development, finance, supply chain, procurement, HR, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business strategy, growth planning, and market expansion in consultation with the Chairman & MD
- Own P&L;, revenue growth, profitability, working capital, and cash flow
- Lead manufacturing operations productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency
- Drive sales and commercial strategy, key account management, and new business development
- Oversee supply chain, procurement, inventory, and vendor management
- Build and mentor a solid senior leadership team; drive a performance-oriented culture




- Ensure robust governance, statutory compliance, and risk management
- Act as a strategic partner to the Chairman & MD on major investments and expansion initiatives

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial businesses
- Proven track record as CEO, COO, Business Head, Executive Director, Plant Head, or General Manager
- Strong exposure to manufacturing, sales, finance, supply chain, and people management
- Background in metallurgy, metals, engineering, foundry, recycling, or related industrial sectors strongly preferred
- Tamil-speaking candidates preferred for effective stakeholder communication
- Age: Preferably 40+, given the seniority of the role
