Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and convert travel-related leads into successful bookings.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budget, and destination expectations.
- Recommend suitable travel destinations, packages, and experiences.
- Plan and create customised travel itineraries (destinations, activities, accommodation, transportation, schedules).
- Clearly explain travel packages, inclusions, pricing, and terms to customers.
- Negotiate and ensure maximum conversion of leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers until closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.

- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate with robust communication and interpersonal skills.
