Job Title: Full Stack Engineer AI & Cybersecurity Solutions
Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru

Position Summary
We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer who also has hands-on experience building AI/GenAI-powered applications. In this role, you'll work closely with client teams to design, build, and deliver technology solutions — combining strong engineering skills with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into working products. This is a client-facing engineering role, not a purely back-office development position.

Must-Have Skills

Full Stack Development

- 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development (frontend and backend)
- Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Next.js)
- Backend experience in Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot)
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
- Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures
- Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Git and Azure DevOps

AI / GenAI Experience

- 1+ years of experience building and deploying AI/GenAI/LLM-powered applications (not just experimenting — actual client or production use)
- 1+ years working with at least one major AI platform: Anthropic, Google, or OpenAI (e.g., Claude API, Claude Code, Gemini API, Vertex AI Agent Builder, GPT-4o, OpenAI Assistants API)
- Valuable understanding of how AI systems are architected and how to build applications around them





Client Interaction & Ownership

- Comfortable working directly with clients to understand their requirements and turn them into technical solutions
- Ability to independently own a project end-to-end and deliver consistent, high-quality work
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes

Good-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to cybersecurity concepts (application security, cloud security, identity, detection engineering)
- Experience in product engineering environments
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and secure development practices
- Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch or graph databases (Neo4j)
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, GitOps, or cloud-native architecture
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Basic familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch

What You'll Do

1. Build & Deliver Solutions – Turn business and technical requirements (including AI-powered features) into working solutions, deployed for clients; troubleshoot and resolve issues as they come up
2. Support Client Discussions & Demos – Help build demos, proof-of-concepts, and prototypes during early client conversations; contribute ideas on solution design
3. Share Learnings & Improve Processes – Document what you learn on projects, help improve reusable tools/processes, and support clients through clear documentation and knowledge transfer

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
