Key Responsibilities:

Videography & Content Creation

- Plan and execute high-quality video shoots for social media campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Capture engaging Reels, short-form videos, interviews, events, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional videos.
- Independently manage camera setup, lighting, framing, composition, and audio during shoots.
- Identify compelling moments and creatively capture content suitable for social media.
- Work closely with the Social Media and Marketing teams to understand content briefs and campaign objectives.
- Travel for shoots, events, centre visits, and other brand-related activities whenever required.

Video Editing & Post-Production:

- Edit engaging and high-quality videos optimized for different social media platforms.
- Create short-form content with strong hooks, smooth transitions, subtitles, graphics, music, and engaging storytelling.
- Adapt videos into different formats, including Instagram Reels,



Stories, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and long-form content.
- Add text overlays, motion graphics, captions, sound effects, and other creative elements where required.
- Ensure all videos are aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Manage raw footage, project files, and final exports in an organized manner.

Trend Awareness & Creative Contribution:

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, editing techniques, transitions, and content styles.
- Proactively suggest new video ideas and creative concepts for campaigns.
- Understand what makes content engaging and optimize videos for better reach and audience retention.
- Experiment with creative shooting styles, storytelling formats, and editing techniques.
