Purpose:
Provide shift wise Electrical & Instrumentation support for the new automatic line to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities on electrical and instrumentation systems to support reliable plant operations.
- Perform calibration, checking, testing, and verification of field instruments to maintain measurement accuracy and equipment reliability.
- Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and restoration of field instruments, sensors, transmitters, control valves, and related control devices.
- Identify instrumentation, electrical, and control system issues and implement corrective actions to restore process performance with minimum downtime.
- Support PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, and instrumentation systems to maintain stable and productive process operation during shift activities.
- Monitor equipment health and report abnormalities to prevent unexpected failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards,



maintenance procedures, and plant operating requirements.
- Maintain maintenance records, calibration reports, and shift activity logs.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to achieve production and reliability targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and reliability improvement programs.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance practices.
- Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, and industrial automation systems.
- Knowledge of calibration and troubleshooting of field instruments.
- Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a shift environment.
