Role and Responsibilities:-

As an HR Recruitment specialist, you will:-

*Identify and source potential candidates through various channels
*Assist in screening and shortlisting resumes
*Collaborate with the team to understand the requirements and desired candidate profiles

*Taking telephonic interviews

*Shortlisting people on call .
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
*Contribute creative ideas to enhance the recruitment process
*Learn about various stages of the recruitment lifecycle

* Sourcing for Multiple Skills Across the Industry.

*Qualifications:





Any Graduate In Any Stream With Good Comms Skill Is OK.

10+2 can also apply only with min. of 6 months work any work exp.
