Here’s an opportunity to work in an International US Banking Voice Process, assisting customers from the United States and gaining valuable exposure to the global BFSI industry.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

Position: Customer Support Executive
Process: International US Banking Voice Process
Work Location: Bengaluru | Work From Office
Shift: US Night Shift / Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs
Experience: Experienced Candidates Only
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Cab Facility: Available
Night Shift Allowance: Applicable as per company policy

YOUR ROLE

- Handle inbound calls from US banking customers and provide professional assistance.
- Understand and resolve customer queries related to bank accounts, transactions, payments, cards and banking services.
- Deliver accurate resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle complaints, service requests and escalations with ownership and professionalism.
- Perform customer verification and follow required security and compliance procedures.
- Accurately document customer interactions, requests and resolutions in the CRM.
- Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, compliance guidelines and SLAs.
- Identify issues requiring escalation and coordinate with relevant internal teams.
- Maintain performance standards across CSAT, Quality, AHT, FCR, Productivity and SLA.




- Demonstrate strong active listening and problem-solving skills during every customer interaction.
- Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive banking-related conversations.

SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Excellent spoken English and neutral accent.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Good customer-handling and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to understand and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Comfortable handling US customers and US night shifts.
- Willingness to work 5 days with 2 rotational week offs.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and quick-paced environment.
