Job Title: Process Engineer PCB Manufacturing (Wet & Dry Process)

Location: Sehore, Madhya Pradesh

Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer with experience in PCB Manufacturing to manage and optimize Wet and Dry Process operations. The role involves process monitoring, yield improvement, defect reduction, troubleshooting, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure effective and reliable PCB production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control PCB Wet Processes (Desmear, Electroless Copper, Copper Plating, Etching, Surface Finish) and Dry Processes (Lamination, Exposure, Developing, AOI).
- Analyze process parameters and drive yield, productivity, and quality improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process defects and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process documentation.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Drive Kaizen, 5S, SPC,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Chemical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline.
- 2-8 years of experience in PCB Manufacturing (Wet Process/Dry Process).
- Knowledge of electroplating, etching, lamination, imaging, AOI, SPC, PFMEA, and RCA tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with yield improvement and process optimization.

Preferred Skills:

- PCB fabrication process knowledge.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Quality Tools.
- Exposure to IPC standards and PCB quality requirements.
