We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for an Customer Support Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound calls and providing timely, accurate, and effective resolutions to their queries and concerns.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from customers in a qualified and customer-friendly manner.

- Understand customer queries, concerns, and issues and provide appropriate resolutions.

- Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every interaction.

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, or other customer-related concerns.

- Handle customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.

- Maintain proper documentation and update customer details accurately in the system.

- Follow company policies, process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

- Meet defined performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and call handling targets.

- Demonstrate active listening, problem-solving,



and effective communication skills.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while handling different types of customer interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English..

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.

-Minimum 6 months of experience required in BPO customer service.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Previous experience in any Customer Support will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
