Age Limit: 2235 Years Job Summary The Team Leader will be responsible for managing collection operations, handling team performance, controlling delinquency, and ensuring timely recovery of overdue payments. The role involves portfolio management, bucket handling, KPI monitoring, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The candidate should possess solid leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to drive team productivity and collection efficiency. Key Responsibilities

- Handle and manage a team of collection executives to achieve collection targets.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of assigned KPIs.
- Manage portfolio performance and ensure reduction in delinquency levels.
- Handle bucket-wise collections and implement effective recovery strategies.
- Ensure strict control over shrinkage and operational gaps.
- Manage inbound and outbound collection processes effectively.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for overdue payments and settlements.




- Guide team members in handling difficult customers professionally.
- Prepare and maintain collection reports, MIS, and repayment records.
- Ensure compliance with RBI and NBFC regulations during customer interactions.
- Conduct team briefings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and professional conduct within the team.

Qualifications & Skills

Education Graduation is mandatory.

Experience

- 3–4 years of experience in collections, preferably in NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions.
- Prior experience in team handling and collection operations is preferred.

Skills Required

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of portfolio management and bucket handling.
- Understanding of inbound and outbound collection processes.
- Basic Excel, MIS reporting, and computer knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
