Job Summary

Augmont Gold For All is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to manage and drive the performance of multiple gold loan branches across Vizag or Warangal. The candidate will be responsible for business growth, branch operations, team management, collections, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and monitor the performance of multiple gold loan branches within the assigned cluster.

* Drive gold loan disbursement, AUM growth, collections, renewals, and customer acquisition.

* Achieve cluster-level business and profitability targets.

* Guide and motivate Branch Managers and branch teams to achieve their targets.

* Monitor branch operations, cash management, gold security, and customer service.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and internal audit requirements.

* Conduct regular branch visits and review business performance.

* Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to improve branch productivity.





* Monitor overdue accounts, collections, and auction-related activities.

* Coordinate with HR, Credit, Operations, Audit, and other departments.

* Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and operational controls.

* Prepare and submit regular performance reports to the Regional Manager.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Gold Loan products and branch operations.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* Good understanding of sales, collections, and business development.

* Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Willingness to travel across assigned branches.

Eligibility

* Minimum 810 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking.

* Experience managing multiple branches or a cluster is preferred.

* Candidates with experience as Cluster Manager, Area Manager, or Regional Manager will be preferred.
