Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner & Broker Management

Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners, brokers, and referral associates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.

Conduct regular meetings, calls, and engagement activities with channel partners.

Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners for project-related information and support.

Business Generation

Generate quality leads and site visits through channel partners and broker networks.

Drive business and bookings through the assigned sourcing network.

Ensure regular follow-ups with channel partners to maximize lead generation and conversions.

Work closely with the closing and sales teams to ensure effective conversion of sourced leads.

Project Promotion

Conduct project presentations and provide channel partners with complete information regarding project offerings, pricing, inventory, and schemes.

Organize broker meets, channel partner events,



site visits, and engagement activities.

Keep channel partners updated about new launches, offers, inventory, and marketing initiatives.

Relationship & Performance Management

Monitor channel partner performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity.

Develop strategies to activate inactive channel partners and expand the sourcing network.

Maintain regular communication and ensure robust engagement with key partners.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate records of channel partner activities, leads, site visits, and bookings.

Update sourcing data and activities on the CRM system.

Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for management.

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, and other internal teams for smooth business operations
