- Lead project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring for Highway and Railway projects at Corporate Office & Projects.
- Review project budgets, BOQs, quantities, estimates, rate analysis and Cost-to-Complete (CTC).
- Monitor Plan vs. Actual progress, cost, billing and productivity; prepare periodic MIS and management dashboards.
- Review client/subcontractor billing, quantity reconciliation, variations, claims and commercial aspects.
- Support tendering activities including estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis and bid evaluation.
- Coordinate with project teams, execution, commercial, procurement and design teams to ensure effective project cost and schedule control.
- Positive hands on Primavera & MSP, Road Estimator
