- Conduct property demonstrations on the Project site. Providing necessary guidance and assistance through the process of buying or Selling.
- Preparing site visit reports.
- Managing leads and follow-ups for effective sales conversion.
- Managing necessary after-sales support to the client.
- Meeting sales targets with Lucrative Incentives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Must have completed Graduation.
- Must have education or experience in the Real Estate Industry.
- Prior relevant internship experience will be preferred.
- Must have worked for Southern Bypass or Howrah.
- Can join immediately.
