Eligible Batches: 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Employment: Full-time

Salary + Incentives

Freshers:
13,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives

With HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Internship Experience:

15,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Performance Review: After 2 months
Salary Revision: From 3rd month based on performance
Monthly Performance Incentives

What you'll do?

- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Search and identify suitable candidates according to job requirements.




- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
