About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and execution-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with business owners, understanding operational pain points, and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team. You will be responsible for initiating conversations with inquiries coming from interior firms, design studios, architects, and turnkey contractors, helping them discover how we can streamline and scale their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume inbound leads calling to set up demo meetings.
- Reach out to interior firms, design studios, contractors, and execution companies through calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business size, operational maturity, and product fit.
- Understand customer pain points around project management, procurement, coordination, lead tracking, and operational workflows.
- Schedule qualified product demos and discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Deliver personalized outreach that connects solutions with customer challenges.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion strategies.
- Represent professionally and create a strong first impression for every prospect interaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in SDR, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development roles.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales or outbound prospecting preferred.
- Strong cold calling and communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with founders, business owners, and operational decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly proactive.
- Ability to quickly understand operational workflows and business challenges.
- Experience in ERP, CRM, Construction Tech, Interior Tech, or operational SaaS products is a plus.
