Role & responsibilities

As a Partner Success Specialist, you will help build and grow Evynxs network of travel operators across India. Working closely with operators, guides, and experience providers, youll help them succeed on the platform while ensuring travellers receive reliable, high-quality experiences. This is a relationship-driven operational role where youll combine communication, problem-solving, and process improvement to strengthen both partner success and traveller trust.

- Support current Operators through onboarding, verification, and activation on Evynx.
- Build strong working relationships with travel operators, guides, and other local experience providers.
- Coordinate Operator inputs including pricing, availability, inclusions, operational details, and other information required to activate and manage travel products.
- Help Operators understand Evynx processes, quality expectations, and platform workflows.
- Coordinate with Customer Success and internal teams to support enquiries, bookings, changes, and on-ground requirements.
- Track Operator responsiveness, service quality, and operational performance.

- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple Operators and manage follow-ups effectively.




- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle day-to-day operational issues.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with digital tools, structured workflows, and data.
- Experience in partner success, vendor management, marketplace operations, account management, or a similar partner-facing role.
- Experience working with travel operators, guides, hotels, experiences, or other tourism businesses.
- Understanding of travel products, pricing, itineraries, and booking operations.
- Familiarity with CRM, partner-management, or marketplace tools.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English; additional Indian languages would be valuable.
- Degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or marketplace industry.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
