Are you an expert at turning ambitious blueprints into flawless living spaces? We are seeking a seasoned Interiors Supervisor to lead the execution for the interiors of a prestigious, large-scale luxury residence in Delhi.
The Role:
- Oversee interiors site execution for a high-value residential project.
- Manage premium finishes including intricate stonework, bespoke woodwork, and high-end MEP integrations.
- Coordinate between architect & specialist vendors.
- Ensure uncompromising quality control and strict adherence to project timelines.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in luxury residential interiors and/or 5-Star Hotels.
- Skills: Robust technical knowledge of materials, finishing details, and drawing interpretation.
- Quality Control: An uncompromising eye for detail; expert at auditing stone polishing, joinery seamlessness, woodworks, wall & ceiling finishes, paint finishes etc. and ensuring zero-defect handovers.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage timelines; expert at coordinating multiple vendors (HVAC, Automation, Stonework, Carpentry) to ensure strict adherence to delivery dates.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to South Delhi.
NOTES FOR PLACEMENT CONSULTANT:
- We have not mentioned any Educational qualifications above. Because this is not a limitation. However, it is likely that suitable candidates will have degrees/diplomas as Architects, Interior Designers or Civil Engineers.
- Candidates could be people working as Project Managers with Interiors Contractors who do large luxury residences/farmhouses/luxury hotels. Or people who are working as Project Managers from the clients side.
- For your information: this is a luxury farmhouse project with over 50000 sq ft of living spaces.
What We’re NOT Looking For:
- People whose primary experience is doing office interiors
- Experience in large Office interiors projects AND experience in Large Residential projects is, however, acceptable.
- People who have not done large residences (minimum 10000 sq ft)
- Exception: People who have handled the complete interiors of multiple apartments at DLF Camelias.
