Role summary

Plan, execute, and manage multisport tournaments, training camps, and academy events for a global sports tech platform. Ensure seamless operations, athlete experience, and sponsor/partner satisfaction

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver endtoend event plans: venue selection, scheduling, logistics, staffing, and compliance.
- Coordinate with federations, academies, schools, and coaches to align event formats with training and tournament modules.
- Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and onground operations.
- Integrate technology (live scoring, analytics dashboards, streaming, registration systems) into events.
- Ensure athlete safety, safeguarding, and medical protocols.
- Collaborate with sponsorship and marketing teams for event branding, activations, and media coverage.
- Track KPIs: participation numbers, engagement, sponsor visibility,



and operational efficiency.
- Build scalable frameworks for replicating events across regions and sports.

Requirements

- 5+ years in sports event management, tournament operations, or largescale event planning.
- Experience working with federations, academies, or sports governing bodies.
- Solid organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of sports compliance, athlete welfare, and event safety standards.
- Ability to manage crossfunctional teams and vendors under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with sports tech tools (registration platforms, analytics, streaming).
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours during events.
