# About the Role
We are looking for a Senior SAP MM/SCM Consultant to own the Procure-to-Pay and inventory management design for a large S/4HANA implementation across cement, agri-products, manufacturing and trading entities in Saudi Arabia, including cross-plant and cross-border scoping considerations.

# Key Responsibilities
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and configure Procure-to-Pay processes: standard, priced and special-stock procurement, asset & service procurement, subcontracting, returns to vendor.
- Design release strategies, physical inventory processes, transfer postings, reservations, and PO version management.
- Coordinate procurement organization structures across multiple company codes/purchasing organizations and plants (including scoping considerations for cross-border entities).
- Partner with PP and QM teams to align procurement with production planning, quality inspection (incoming goods) and manufacturing processes.
- Define MM data migration objects (material master, vendor master, open POs, stock balances) and support data cleansing/load strategy.
- Apply AI/GenAI-based accelerators to speed up master data harmonization, automated data mapping/cleansing, AI-assisted test case generation, and reconciliation checks during migration and cutover.




- Support Clean Core-aligned extension design (BTP side-by-side/approved in-app tools) for MM-related WRICEF items, and ensure compliance with released SAP APIs for third-party integrations.
- Prepare functional specifications, support SIT/UAT, and conduct L3 power-user training and walkthroughs.
- Contribute to cutover and hypercare planning for the procurement and inventory workstream.

# Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of SAP MM/SCM experience, including at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation.
- Prior project experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC, ideally in manufacturing, cement, agri-trading or distribution industries.
- Experience handling multi-company-code, multi-plant procurement setups, including cross-border/legal entity considerations.
- Practical experience using AI/GenAI tools to accelerate S/4HANA data migration e.g., automated master data cleansing/mapping, AI-assisted test generation, or intelligent reconciliation/validation during cutover.
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Clean Core principles (BTP-based extensions, no core modifications).
- Working knowledge of integration touchpoints with FI (invoice verification), PP (MRP-driven procurement) and QM (inspection lots).
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills; bilingual Arabic/English preferred.
- SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement certification.
