We are looking for an experienced International / Export Sales Professional to drive global business development and expand our international customer base.

Experience: 15 to 20+ years
Preferred Industry: Manufacturing / Guar Gum / Chemicals / Food Ingredients / Pharmaceuticals /Personal Care/ Food Processing.
Qualification: B.Tech Or B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. Or MBA preferred.

Age: 34 to 45 years

Base Location - Ahmedabad
Reporting Manager - JT President

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand international markets and grow the export business across the USA and Europe &/Or defined geographies.
- Identify new customers, distributors and business opportunities globally in designated region.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with international customers and key accounts & should have exposure to key accounts management.
- Drive sales growth, revenue and profitability across international markets.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Supply Chain, Operations and Quality teams to meet customer requirements.
- Handle commercial negotiations, pricing, orders and export execution.




- Conduct market research and identify new products, applications and market opportunities.
- Manage customer queries, feedback, product trials and long-term business relationships.
- Achieve assigned international sales and business-development targets.

Ideal Candidate

A driven professional with strong work ethic and commercial skills with extensive international sales and export-business experience, excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills. Should have positive understanding of Key Account Management.

Candidate should have exposure in the cross functional relationship with R&D;, manufacturing, supply chain and operations. Experience in developing new markets and handling international B2B customers is highly preferred.
