Role & responsibilities

Assess skill gaps through performance data, surveys, and manager feedback.

Design engaging training modules, plays, manuals, and interactive workshops.

Train teams on prospecting, negotiation, closing techniques, and objection handling.

Deliver training on active listening, empathy, time management, and communication.

Lead the end-to-end onboarding and ramp-up process for new hires.

Conduct role-plays, shadow live calls, and provide constructive feedback.

Measure training impact using key performance indicators like conversion rates.

Revise training content to match changing market trends and product updates.

Preferred candidate profile Excellent knowledge of financial and investment sectors and its products.

Solid command on sales oriented training, its module, able to develop and redevelop modules as per the organizational requirements.

Excellent verbal, and written skills.

Take care of business conversion.

Handling sales calls, if trainees have issue and convert is in sales.

Also sales also provide soft skills training.

Can Develop personality of existing manpower.
