Job Title: Technology Recruiter (Staffing)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technology Recruiter with experience in IT/Technology Staffing to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology and engineering client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technology and IT positions across multiple client accounts.
- Work on roles across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, and other niche technology skill sets.
- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, internal ATS, referrals, and other relevant sourcing channels.
- Conduct detailed screening calls to assess technical skills, relevant experience, notice period, compensation expectations, communication skills, and candidate motivation.
- Submit qualified and relevant candidate profiles within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Maintain a strong and healthy recruitment funnel to achieve team KPIs related to CV submissions, interviews, offers/solds, and conversion ratios.
- Ensure accurate requisition and candidate data management, including timely movement of positions through the recruitment stages in the ATS.
- Maintain proper requisition hygiene and documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain warm candidate pipelines for recurring and similar technology requirements to improve future turnaround time.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, REM (Relationship & Engagement Management), and client stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment delivery.
- Support Sold-to-Join candidate engagement and proactively identify and escalate potential joining risks.
- Track and report weekly and monthly recruitment performance and funnel metrics accurately.
- Ensure compliance with candidate documentation,



background verification processes, data handling policies, and internal recruitment standards.
- Manage multiple live requirements simultaneously while prioritizing critical and high-impact positions effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1 to 5 years of experience in IT/Technology Staffing Recruitment.
- Experience working in a Staffing/Recruitment Agency environment will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles.
- Strong experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, and other recruitment tools.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Good understanding of the Indian technology hiring market, including key technology skill sets, salary trends, notice periods, and candidate availability.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment funnel management and conversion metrics.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume and target-driven environment.
- Ability to work against weekly and monthly targets related to submissions, interviews, offers, and conversions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate management, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize work effectively.

Nice to Have

- Experience hiring for niche and hard-to-find technology skill sets.
- Exposure to vendor management and Background Verification (BGV) coordination.
- Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting and dashboard tools for recruitment funnel tracking.
