- Salary: USD 580/month (Approx. INR 55,000)

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic Indian and Chinese cuisine as per company standards.
- Plan and prepare daily menus while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Cook a variety of Indian and Chinese dishes, including curries, biryani, tandoor items, fried rice, noodles, gravies, soups, and appetizers.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Manage food preparation, plating, portion control, and inventory.




- Follow food safety and HACCP standards at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as an Indian & Chinese Cuisine Chef.
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, or catering kitchens is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian and Chinese menu preparation and commercial kitchen operations.

Mandatory for Selection

- Food Menu Card prepared by the candidate is Mandatory.
