We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for International Voice Support roles for Freshers & Experience. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling international customers through voice calls and chat, resolving their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Handle customer interactions through via call as required.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.




- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive listening and comprehension skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with computers and multiple applications.
- Good typing and chat-handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Candidates should be flexible, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Candidates with BPO, International Voice, International Chat, Customer Support, or Technical Support experience will have an advantage.
- Good spoken English is mandatory.
