Responsibilities
- Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO Finance modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure and optimize Finance modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Bank Management
- Fixed Assets
- Budgeting
- Taxation
- Financial Reporting
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, workshops, UAT, and end-user training.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and customizations.
- Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in D365 FO Finance implementations/support projects.
- Expertise in core financial processes and accounting principles.
- Experience with end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
- Knowledge of integrations, workflows, and reporting tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
