Role & Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads for security and facility management services through field visits.

- Visit companies, hospitals, apartments, villas, offices, schools, hotels and commercial establishments.

- Meet decision-makers such as HR Managers, Admin Managers, Facility Managers, Property Managers and Business Owners.

- Identify companies with security manpower and facility management requirements.

- Explain Moon Light Security Services offerings and generate client enquiries.

- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and leads.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and convert leads into business.

- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities in Vijayawada.

- Maintain daily activity and lead reports.

- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing or Business Development.





- Experience in Security Services, Facility Management, Manpower Services, B2B Sales or related industries is preferred.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Must be comfortable with extensive field work and meeting clients.

- Positive knowledge of Vijayawada local market and business areas.

- Telugu and English communication skills are required; Hindi is an advantage.

- Should be target-oriented, confident and professionally presentable.

- Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving licence.
