Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and a solid background in Approval Workflow configuration. The ideal candidate should have independently designed and configured approval workflows and possess functional knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

Approval Workflow expertise is the highest priority for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, design, and manage Approval Workflows across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Independently gather business requirements and translate them into workflow configurations.
- Configure and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) functionalities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize recruitment processes.
- Participate in Oracle Fusion implementation, configuration, testing, UAT, and production support.




- Prepare functional design documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and workflow-related customizations.

Mandatory Skills

- 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Applications.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion ORC Implementations (Mandatory).
- Strong hands-on experience in Approval Workflow Design & Configuration (Priority Skill).
- Ability to independently configure and manage approval workflows.
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), including recruiting lifecycle and key business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
