Role Purpose Objective: As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing marketing activities that enhance brand visibility and engagement. You will support social media management, assist in content creation, coordinate events, and contribute to innovative campaigns that position Rezo as a leader in the B2B SaaS space.

Responsibilities

- Social Media Support: Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms; monitor engagement and report performance.
- Content Assistance: Help create graphics, videos, and written content that effectively communicate Rezo.ai's value proposition.
- Campaign Execution: Support the rollout of marketing initiatives such as hackathons, case studies, and promotional activities.
- Awards Events Coordination: Assist in identifying award opportunities and coordinating event logistics.
- PR Communication: Help draft press releases and liaise with media partners under guidance.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to gather inputs and ensure brand consistency.
- Research Reporting:



Conduct market research and prepare performance reports for ongoing campaigns.

Requirements

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in marketing, social media, or brand-related roles.
- Functional Skills: Solid experience in handling of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred).
- Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
- Understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Behavioral Skills Attitude: Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
