- Role & responsibilities
- Knowledge of operating and monitoring food processing equipment, such as mixers, blenders ,rotary, flour handling and ovens, to ensure effective and safe production of food products.
- Must know how to operate and maintain packing machines to ensure its efficient and safe production
- Knowledge of fabrication work, cutting welding and grinding work
- Must be able to set up and adjust machinery and equipment as needed for each production operation following established procedures and guidelines.
- Must know how to monitor and control temperature, pressure and other variables during the food processing process to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Regular inspection and maintenance of machinery and equipment to identify and resolve any faults or problems that may affect production
- Collaborating with other team members, such as quality assurance personnel and production supervisors, to troubleshoot problems and improve production processes.




- Detailed records of production activities, including machine settings, production quantities and quality control measures, for reporting and analysis purposes
- Strong technical aptitude and mechanical skills to operate and maintain various food processing equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and address issues promptly
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Understanding of food science principles and processes.
- Knowledge of Biscuit Packaging machines Like Cross pack Machine ,Bikki Pack Machine etc ..

Preferred candidate profile

ITI FITTER (STATE/NCVT)- MINIMUM 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN FOOD MANUFACTURING
