Experience: 18 to 22 years

Location: Mysuru (Hootagalli Industrial Area)

Responsibilities:

- Plant maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability, and safe operation.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance; analyze failures using RCA, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply, energy efficiency, fuel control, power factor improvement, and utility cost optimization.
- Coordinate with OEMs, AMC vendors, and contractors for maintenance and machine upgrades.
- Drive TPM, 5S, OEE improvement, safety, and energy audits.
- Prepare annual maintenance plans, budgets, spares planning, and cost control.
- Ensure new machine installation, commissioning, expansions, modernization, and energy-saving projects.
- Ensure statutory, calibration, maintenance records, and documentation for audits and management review.
