Role & responsibilities

- Edit high-quality social media videos, reels, ads, product videos, and brand content for clients.
- Create engaging short-form content optimized for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Handle complete post-production including cutting, pacing, transitions, sound design, color correction, and basic motion graphics.
- Understand raw footage and transform it into creative, visually appealing, and platform-ready content.
- Work closely with the photography, social media, and creative teams to develop content aligned with brand requirements.
- Maintain consistency in visual style, quality, branding, and storytelling across projects.
- Take creative ownership of edits and contribute ideas for improving the overall content.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver edits within tight deadlines.
- Make revisions based on client/team feedback while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Organize and manage project files, footage, assets, and final exports efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2+ years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in a production house, agency, media company, or similar environment.




- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Photoshop is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of short-form content, reels, social media trends, pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
- Good knowledge of color correction, sound design, transitions, typography, and basic motion graphics.
- A strong creative eye with the ability to turn ordinary footage into engaging content.
- Ability to understand brand aesthetics and adapt editing styles according to different clients.
- Portfolio/showreel is mandatory and should demonstrate professional-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a creative team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Candidates must be available for immediate joining or have a short notice period.
- On-site role candidates comfortable working from the office will be preferred.
- Candidates looking for a long-term chance and willing to take creative ownership of projects are preferred.
