Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate business and revenue for hospital services, surgical procedures, IVF treatments, maternity, diagnostics, and specialty services.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and corporate clients.
- Promote hospital services through field visits, marketing activities, health camps, awareness programs, and outreach activities.
- Identify, onboard, and coordinate with visiting consultants to increase OPD, consultation, and surgical volumes.
- Increase patient referrals and conversion rates across IVF, maternity, diagnostics, surgical, and specialty services.
- Establish and manage corporate tie-ups, institutional partnerships, and referral networks.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales, patient acquisition, referral, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports, referral databases, client records, and business development reports.
- Regularly visit doctors,



clinics, hospitals, corporates, and other potential referral partners to develop new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal hospital teams to ensure smooth patient referral and service delivery.
- Track market trends and recommend new marketing and business development strategies.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Experience in hospital marketing, healthcare sales, business development, or field marketing preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Experience in doctor relationship management, corporate tie-ups, patient acquisition, or hospital referrals will be an advantage.
