What you'll do:

-Own revenue reconciliation, pricing accuracy, and month-end closing across hotel operations

-Prepare and process hotel partner settlements accurately, on time, every time

-Build internal controls to catch discrepancies, prevent revenue leakage, and flag unapproved commercials

-Partner with Tech, Ops, Billing and Sales to fix systemic reconciliation issues

-Create MIS reports and trackers that give leadership real visibility into revenue health

What we're looking for:

-4–6 years in revenue accounting/reconciliation — hospitality, travel, or marketplace/aggregator background preferred

-Bachelor's in Commerce/Accounting/Finance; CMA/CRME/CPA is a plus

-Solid hands-on Excel (pivots, lookups, large-data reconciliation)

-Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Marvin) and hotel PMS/RMS tools

-Sharp eye for detail and comfort working cross-functionally to close gaps
