Job Challenges: Completing the monthly targeted plan on weekly basis and fulfil OTIF and sharing decision for any incomplete order for onward action to achieve on time delivery.

Key Result Areas (KRA) / Accountabilities

- KRA1 Monthly target achievement OTIF of BR/OTC order: To achieve BR OTIF 80% and OTC OTIF 95% against commitment.
- KRA2 To achieve 100% material movement transactions in SAP, close the order timely and only the live order in system. Closing the completed orders with TECHO (SAP Process) to explicit data in SAP.
- KRA3 Turnaround time (process lead time) for processing and warehouse. All Green: To maintain 90% codes in green and overall average days should be less than agreed days (lead time).




- KRA4 To achieve 100% reconciliation of material from input from greige weaving to barcode ( BR ). To maintain Daily update of the Production file and track All BR/Retail at each stage.
- KRA5 Delay analysis report and Arrange the meeting in Tagplan against a particular planning. To schedule review Tagplan.
- KRA6 Reconciliation of Preshipment sent And Approval pending. To maintain daily update of the PSS (Preshipment Sample) sending status file communicate to all concerned departments and track each stage.
