Role - Data Entry Operator

Responsibilities

- Record material received from the client, against goods receipt notes and delivery documentation
- Maintain the daily stores register for material issued and consumed
- Enter House Service Connection (HSC) forms received from field teams
- Enter Joint Measurement Records (JMR) against the relevant work order and item codes
- Compile contractor-wise material consumption statements
- Prepare the monthly material reconciliation received, issued, consumed and closing balance
- Prepare the consolidated monthly consumption statement for management review
- Maintain orderly physical and digital filing of all source records

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry, stores or back-office roles construction or infrastructure background preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF and pivot tables
- Comfortable reading receipt documents, material issue notes and measurement sheets
- High attention to detail; shortlisted candidates will be given a short practical data entry test
- Fluency in English is required
- Available to work from the project site office,
