Delhi Club House is seeking energetic, guest-focused Stewards and Senior Stewards to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service, maintaining dining room standards, and ensuring an exceptional culinary experience that reflects our signature club dining culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service & Operations:
- Welcome and seat guests warmly, providing attentive service throughout their meal.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer informed recommendations on food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate order details and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve dishes and beverages efficiently, following standard operating procedures.
- Table Maintenance & Station Upkeep:
- Ensure dining tables,
service stations, and cutlery are thoroughly cleaned, polished, and set before service.
- Transparent finished plates, glassware, and table clutter promptly during and after guest meals.
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards across the dining area.
- Team & Operations Support:
- Assist senior staff and management with daily opening and closing side-duties.
- Handle minor guest queries or complaints gracefully and escalate them to supervisors when needed.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items.
