Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Thoothukudi. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in recruitment, good communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage suitable candidates across different job roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate and discuss compensation based on company guidelines.
- Coordinate offer release and candidate joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and MIS.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Support other HR activities as required.
Requirements
- 03 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
- Valuable interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets and timelines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
- Candidates based in Thoothukudi or nearby locations are preferred.
