Job Description

Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Consultant

Location: PAN India (Hybrid)

Experience: 5 - 10+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Requirement:

- Design and configure Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) solutions based on business requirements.
- Set up activities, resources, work skills, work zones, routing, calendars, and capacity models.
- Implement end-to-end field service workflows and mobility configurations for technicians.
- Strong understanding of Routing & Capacity Management, Quota and Resource Management, Activities Configuration, Message Scenarios and Business Rules
- Experience with integration tools (REST/SOAP, OIC, middleware).
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, SQL (good to have).
- Knowledge of mobile app configuration and plug-in development is a plus.
- Troubleshoot system issues and optimize routing, capacity, and operational performance.
- Develop technical documentation,



solution designs, test cases, and training materials.
- Review Oracles quarterly OFSC release notes and assess impact on existing configurations and integrations.
- Conduct regression testing for critical workflows, routing logic, capacity models, and mobile app features.
- Validating current features and enhancements, recommending adoption were beneficial.
- Coordinate with business teams to communicate upcoming changes, deprecations, and release impacts.
- Perform sandbox testing and promote validated changes to production environments.
- Monitor system stability post-upgrade and resolve any issues arising from new features or changes.
- Work with Oracle Support for SRs related to upgrade defects or unexpected behaviours.
