We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager Logistics & Supply Chain to manage and oversee branch operations, team performance, customer relationships, business growth, and overall branch profitability.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in logistics operations, branch management, team handling, P&L; management, business development, MIS reporting, and customer relationship management.

Roles & Responsibilities

-Oversee the daily operations of multiple branches and ensure smooth logistics operations.

-Monitor shipment pickups, dispatches, deliveries, and overall branch performance.

-Lead, train, and supervise Branch Managers and operations teams.

-Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining key customer relationships.

-Track branch KPIs, including shipment volume, revenue, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.

-Control branch expenses, improve profitability, and review operational reports.

-Coordinate with Head Office, franchise partners, vendors, and transporters for seamless operations.

-Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, documentation, and employee discipline.
